Hi Paddy, Caroline Commins (now Brennan) here - Sandra's sister! I read about your concert in the Emigrant last night - too late to make it unfortunately! Had no idea you lived in the Boston area. I lived in Davis SQ for a few years a while back - now in Plymouth. Hope to catch one of your shows soon.

Really enjoyed your gig in the Spirit Store - very impressive and very real !!

The album is a winner and an emotional rollercoaster of a listen - well done -you must be chuffed with it - My initial reaction was " is this really only a debut album" - very accomplished Paddy -looking forward to hearing the next 15 albums !!

Since I've known you - You've always had a passion for music - so it is truly fantastic to see you up their doing (very well.....)what you've always dreamed off doing - enjoy every moment of it Paddy

We all enjoyed the gig in the Spirit Store last Sunday night. You and your band were excellent. The CD is great too.

We are very impressed with your music.

We can now assume that the music we used to hear thumping from Sauls household all those years ago, whenever we walked to and from Callans shop, must have had a great influence on you!

Irish Tour So Far!!!!!!

well boys and girls this is our 4th day here......we have gotten over the jet lag and are now just about getting over, or use to, every ones little querks.......we have 2 gigs under out belts

last night we played the seamus ennis centre in naul........smallish room but really really cool......you could hear a pin drop, which made it a little nervous at 1st but after about 3 tunes we fell right into it.....sold plenty of cds......so there ya go

the night before that was up in keady co. armagh.......real bandit country.....bigger room.....tougher crowd.......actually it started really good, not as quiet as naul, but just loud enough so it didn't feel as pin droppy......BUT then these 3 'fine' ladies came up and sat right at the front of the stage and MAN O MAN!!!!!!!!....no matter how loud we tried to play we could not compete with the volume of these girls......and at the end of the night one of them licked damon across his whole mouth!!!....not a sloppy kiss, but a BIG DIRTY SLOOPY LICK........maybe they were not soooooo fine??????? another one said to me "paddy.....we really enjoyed your set, BUT ya shoulda finished off with a saw doctors song, instead of one of your own.....ya know paddy, to get the crowd goin.....like the N17".........i suppose you gots to be there........we did sell 7 cds so that was a plus and despite all i joke about the people the were all very friendly and the 3 girls were hilariuos!!!!!

we are headin for dundalk now to hang round town for a bit

sound check is at 4pm

this one shoud be a good one..........it's closest to my home place, so they'll be a howlin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just wanted to see if anyone else out there has anything to say about the new CD. i've had it only two days, but i love it!

i know i should be giving the whole disc a fair shake, but i'm having trouble stopping myself from playing 1-3 and then clicking back and listening to them all over again. in time i'll get around to giving the whole thing it's fair share of time.

i've never seen paddy play (aside from the Balcony TV performance on youtube ) but the CD has me checking flights for Boston! 'walkout' has this whole foot stomping quality that makes me think a live show is the way to go... but for now i'll just settle for mini-concerts in my little Jetta...

well done on the whole disc, sir!
